RETURNS POLICY
- Please check your goods thoroughly, any damages/faulty products should be advised within 24hrs of receipt.
- Hair cannot be accepted back if it is has been coloured/toned
- Returned goods will be replaced or a full credit, less shipping costs, will be applied against future purchases – NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
- All products must be returned in original packaging without tampering or credit/exchange is forfeited without dispute.
- Please select your products carefully. J’adore Hair Supplies Pty Ltd will not accept returns, exchange or provide credit if you, the customer purchases the incorrect product. J’adore Hair Supplies Pty Ltd provides only the most accurate of product descriptions and product photographs to ensure product selection can be made with little confusion.
- If once hair is applied there are quality concerns, please contract Jadore immediately.
- No hair will be accepted back for quality assessment after 4 weeks from date to purchase.
- No hair will be accepted back for quality assessment unless Jadore products were exclusively used and purchased within a week of hair purchase date.
- Please note that J’adore Hair Supplies Pty Ltd will have final and undisputed decision on any return, exchange or credit of goods, regardless of circumstance.
- Jadore Hair Supplies does not accept returns after 35 days of receiving your purchase.
- Do not use shampoo and conditioner that contain any Protein or Sulphate, Keratin or have a high alcohol content, hair will not be accepted for refund or exchange if any of these ingredients have been used on your Jadore Hair Extensions.
